Practical experience for “How to face an interview”

29th of June In our PPD session we learn that important thing in practically.

Our madam divided us in three groups. There are two groups has fife members and our one has four members.

We were guided to do an Interview.

We were asked to do an interview as a group. There are two of us interviewer and another two are job seekers. So we got 10 minutes time to get prepare and we prepared some questions. After that we arranged the table and chairs for the interview panel. After two groups finished an interview we got the chance. Prarthana and I were the interviewers. Rajitha came first as a job seeker.

• ·       Tell about yourself?
• ·       What is your strength and weaknesses?
• ·       What about your projects?
• ·       How do you know about our company and what do you know about our company?
• ·        Why should we need to hire you?

After finishing that madam addressed us and correct some mistakes.

Mistakes

• ·       No greetings.
• ·       Never back the chair where was it.
